2. Description of Services
EduoPoll provides academic publishing support services, including but not limited to: • Research paper publication in Scopus, UGC CARE, SCI, and other indexed journals • Patent filing assistance (Indian and international) • PhD/Master's thesis writing and editing support • College admission counselling • Journal recommendation services We act as a facilitator and support provider. Publication acceptance is ultimately at the discretion of the respective journals and publishers.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to: • Provide accurate information when using our services. • Ensure that any research content submitted is your original work or that you have the right to use it. • Not misrepresent your credentials, affiliation, or research. • Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical academic purpose. • Keep your communication confidential and not share service deliverables with third parties without consent.
4. Academic Integrity
EduoPoll is committed to upholding academic integrity. We do not support or engage in: • Ghost-writing for the purpose of academic fraud or misrepresentation • Fabrication or falsification of research data • Submission of plagiarized content All our editing, formatting, and publication support services are intended to assist researchers in presenting their genuine research more effectively.
5. Payments and Refunds
Service fees are communicated and agreed upon before work begins. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where EduoPoll fails to deliver the agreed service. Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of the service delivery date. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; existing agreements remain unaffected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the EduoPoll website — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to EduoPoll and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Research content submitted by clients remains the intellectual property of the respective researchers.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client research topics, manuscripts, and personal data as strictly confidential. We will not share your research content with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
EduoPoll's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for: • Journal rejection decisions (as acceptance is at the journal's discretion) • Delays caused by third-party journal review processes • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages We make no guarantees regarding publication acceptance or timeline unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
